What license options are available?
MSP offers the Non-Exclusive Beat License ($99), Unlimited Non-Exclusive License ($189), Premium Unlimited Non-Exclusive License ($339), and Exclusive Beat License ($500).
How do the four licenses differ at a glance?
The Non-Exclusive Beat License includes an MP3 and defined release limits. Unlimited Non-Exclusive removes the numerical release limits and includes a mixed WAV. Premium Unlimited adds stems. Exclusive includes WAV, MP3 and stems, and MSP stops issuing future licenses for that beat.

What happens when an Exclusive Beat License is purchased?
MSP stops future licensing and de-lists the beat after cleared payment. Valid non-exclusive licenses issued before that purchase remain in effect.

Which audio files come with each license?
Non-Exclusive includes a 320 kbps MP3. Unlimited Non-Exclusive includes a final mixed uncompressed WAV. Premium Unlimited includes the mixed WAV plus complete stems or trackouts. Exclusive includes a 24-bit WAV, 320 kbps MP3 and full WAV stems.
How are purchased files delivered?
After successful payment, files are delivered digitally through an authorized download method.
Are digital license purchases refundable?
The agreements describe these immediately delivered digital purchases as final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Review the complete agreement before purchasing.

Can I commercially release a song made with the beat?
Yes. Each agreement permits one new song created by combining the licensed beat with your original performance or additions. The release limits depend on the license selected.
Can I use the song in film, television, ads or games?
The agreements include music-video rights that vary by license, but broader commercial synchronization uses such as film, television, advertising and games require a separate sync agreement from MSP.
How should Mad Scientific Productions be credited?
Use Produced by Mad Scientific Productions or Prod. by Mad Scientific Productions in release metadata and public credits.
Can I register the song with Content ID?
Content ID registration is not permitted under the three non-exclusive agreements. The Exclusive Beat License permits registration of the final New Song master only, with protections for valid earlier licensees.
